We would like to introduce a case study of a certain confectionery company located in Niigata Prefecture that implemented a conveyor cleaning nozzle. At this company, cleaning was performed using a high-pressure water hand spray gun to remove soy sauce stains; however, they were unable to sufficiently remove the dirt, and the labor required for cleaning became a burden. Additionally, due to the high-pressure water, it was necessary to ensure the safety of the workers. As a solution, they adopted a dedicated rotating nozzle unit for conveyor cleaning. This made it possible to reliably clean the sauce stains, allowing the workers who were responsible for cleaning to be reassigned to other tasks, which also contributed to a reduction in labor costs.
